Condo Property Rentals, LLC

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

• A deposit of $200 is required to reserve the home. 
• The rental fee must be paid 60 days before your arrival.
• Guests place a credit card on file much like a hotel upon their arrival and provided there is no damage upon departure inspection by property management, the credit card is released.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• Cancelation prior to 60 days before arrival, no penalty
• Cancelation after 60 days before arrival, guests will loose 50% of rental fee paid, deposit will be refunded
• Cancelation after 30 days before arrival, guests will loose the entire rental fee, deposit will be refunded
